Terms of Service
These terms apply to almadogmatica.com, our Telegram bot and Mini App, and our social accounts operated by ALMA Sailing Academy (Alma Dogmatica, a brand of Maksym Izmailov, ENI, Madeira, Portugal).
1. Services
We offer sailing courses (ISSA Inshore Skipper and related training), bareboat charter and skippered trips on the yacht NARAYANA, and related materials. Dates, availability and prices are shown at booking time on the website or in the bot and are the only valid ones; information in social posts, comments or chats is general and does not by itself create a booking.
2. Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed only after payment is received and confirmed by our payment provider (Stripe) and, where required, accepted by us. Cancellation and refund rules are shown at checkout. Safety and weather decisions belong to the skipper; a trip may be changed or moved for safety reasons.
3. Conduct and safety
Participants follow the skipper's instructions, disclose relevant health limits and are responsible for their personal belongings. Sailing involves inherent risk; participants must hold appropriate insurance as described at booking.
4. Content and accounts
Our posts, photographs and videos are our property or used with permission. Do not copy or republish them commercially without consent. We may remove abusive comments and block abusive users. Automated replies are marked as automatic and a person can always take over.
5. Third-party services
Our content on YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service; on TikTok to the TikTok Terms of Service; on Instagram and Facebook to Meta's terms.
6. Liability and law

Актуальные даты, свободные места и цены показываются только на сайте или в боте при бронировании; посты, комментарии и переписка в соцсетях носят общий характер. Решения о безопасности и погоде принимает шкипер. Наши фото и видео нельзя копировать для коммерческого использования без разрешения. Автоответы помечены как автоматические, человек всегда может вмешаться. Применяется право Португалии, суд в Фуншале, без ущерба для обязательных прав потребителя.
