Data deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. We confirm within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days, except for records that the law requires us to keep (for example invoices and payment records).

How to ask

1. Write to us in Telegram @alma_sailing_academy_bot or WhatsApp +351 925 521 864 the words "DELETE MY DATA" from the account you used, or send the same words as a direct message to our Instagram or Facebook page.
2. We identify you by the account you wrote from and delete your conversation records, your name and contact details, and your marketing choices.
3. We confirm the deletion to you in the same chat.

Revoking access you gave to our applications

• Google / YouTube: security.google.com/settings/security/permissions — remove "ALMA Sailing Academy". We stop using the stored authorisation at once and delete it from our systems.
• TikTok: TikTok app, Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Apps and services — remove the app.
• Facebook / Instagram: Settings, Apps and websites — remove the app.
